Originally the company was established as a cloth Mill. The original name of the company was "The Motilal Hirabhai Spinning Weaving and Manufacturing Company Limited". Popularly known as 'telia' mill, this company shifted to the business of warehousing around 1942.

The company has about 250000 square feet of warehousing space.
